  • The team of BIM experts at Hitech CADD Services first analyzed the inputs received by the client- mark-up drawings and 2D basic drawings of the MEPF disciplines
  • They then created clash free and coordinated HVAC, plumbing, fire protection models using Revit. These models were detailed with the required information of the pipe fittings and placing openings in walls.
  • The team also generated clash detection reports using Navisworks, which were sent for approval to the client.
  • Shop drawings, sections, BOQ, were extracted from the approved model. These were submitted in PDF/DWG format as required. As per client need, spool, module, schematic, as well as builders works drawings with sections were also created from the finalized model.
  • The team used on going quality checks to ensure accuracy and used the BIM 360 platform to make changes in real-time, so that the client and his team could access the updated model on any device, at any location.
