Since then it has grown leaps and bounds by providing software solutions, AEC services and engineering solutions by offering high quality services to its customers.
The core values of the company have made it grow even further; and now Hitech has 7 offices across the globe including India, USA, and Scandinavia. With 5,000+ clients across USA, Europe, Australia & Middle-East; Hitech’s flexible & proactive approach has ensured long-term business relationships & partnerships with its clients contributing to its sustained growth.
The company has achieved revenue growth above NASSCOM’s estimate of 15-20% and has been ranked amongst top BPO companies by D&B for 4 years in a row. It has 70% recurring clients and focuses on long term relationships with them.
1992 marked the entry of, then Hitech Outsourcing Services, now Hitech iSolutions LLP, with data processing solutions, steering a new trend of innovative partnership. Developing software for Indian clients, we extended our footprints in American & European markets. Affiliation and membership with Information Technology Association of America underpinned our presence in the global market.
With a representative office in the USA, we started extending remote IT support and bookkeeping services to several American & European corporations. Digitizing Aeronautical maps from a European corporate, and a drafting & designing partnership with an American Engineering company, paved path for us to work with Fortune 500 companies including Siemens, Emerson, Xerox and many more.
On the software front our first Microsoft Dynamics ERP customization & support solutions to a UK based lighting manufacturing company in the capacity of a certified Microsoft Gold Partner was a huge success. We successfully established an offshore operation unit for the American Engineering company, which we partnered since 2006, now a workforce of over 100 engineering professionals.
Membership of US Green Building Council (USGBC) in 2012, fortified our presence in the AEC community. We successfully completed the BIM MEP project for an International Airport at Muscat, Oman in the Middle East. We started offering advanced BIM & value engineering solutions for product design optimization by CFD & FEA, to the AEC & Engineering fraternity across the world.
