1. Project Description :

This is one of the projects of our ongoing clients for whom we work on man month basis. The client had sent us Structural drawing and Architectural drawings. The drawings had to be converted to the following :

• Shop drawing for the post tensioned slab
• Tendon layout plan
• Back-up bar plans including Tendon Summary calculations
• Beam Longitudinal sections along with cross sections indicating location of each of tendons

2. Volume : 3 drawing sheets – Size

• Tendon Layout
• Back-up bar Layout with Tendon Summary
• Beam longitudinal sections with tendon detail

3. Turnaround Time : 2 Weeks

4. Software Used : AutoCAD 2005 for Drawing and Microsoft Excel sheets for Calculation.

5. Challenges faced during execution :

• Tendon profile drawing methodology
• Beam tendon profile ordinate calculation in-house programming using Excel sheet
