We had to create a two plate mould design which is equipped with a fully automatic stripper plate ejection system. The mould created is used for manufacturing a plastic part; used as a surgical syringe in hospitals and medical clinics.

We created this mould only from the rough sketches given by the client. First of all, we created 3D models of all the parts of product like plate, cavity, stripper plate etc. The most challenging part in this project was to give the draft angles to the cavities with in the assembly. But due to prior experience and expertise we could achieve the same.
