We prepared 11,000 drawings of different types, which contained Control Circuit Diagrams and their Terminal Diagrams. All the drawings were distributed over 9 different lots with their respective deadlines.
Scope of the work
We made modifications on control circuit diagrams as per the on-site changes made by the Engineer. The on-site changes were sent to us in hard copies. We converted those modified diagrams into (as-built) form. Further, we converted the given .dwf files into .dwg files.
Quality criteria and our performance
The Client had expected an accuracy level of 99%, which was easily achieved by our expert engineers. As a token of appreciation, we received 15% bonus on the overall cost. (as per the contract agreement)

The first conversation started with an inquiry to offer Mechanical 2D Drafting Services for small-scale projects.

The inquiry, a small requirement for providing Mechanical 2D Drafting services for small-scale projects, was received two years back.
THE FIRST LEAP.....
KJWW Started with 5 people at Hi-Tech, working dedicatedly on their projects for Mechanical Services.
Initially, the team of 5 was guided by the mentors from the US office.
Our team consistently showed excellent project understanding and performance.
THE SUCCESS SET IN MOTION .....
KJWW started showing interest in other engineering services offered by Hi-Tech.
Officials from the US office came to visit Hi-Tech to discuss future business association.
The team working for KJWW extended from 5 to 50 employees in a short span of one year, offering Mechanical, Structural and Electrical Services.
Three mentors from the US office stayed at Hi-Tech for more than 1 year to guide the team.
THE BTO MODEL....
KJWW started its own company, hiring all Hi-Tech Employees working for it.
The entire business model was Built by Hi-Tech, Transferred to KJWW and now, their office is being managed and supported by Hi-Tech.
